The room was lovely and cosy. Very powerful shower! The hotel is in an excellent location for public transport. 2 minute walk to the train station and you are in Innsbruck main town centre in 6 minutes! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel.
We booked and paid for an air-conditioned room over three months in advance, expecting to receive exactly what we had reserved. However, when we arrived after a 6-hour drive, we were told that all the air-conditioned rooms had been taken and were given a different room instead. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering we had already paid a premium for the room we booked.
The outside temperature was over 31°C, making the room very uncomfortable. When we raised the issue, the receptionist was unhelpful, showed very poor customer service, and simply told us there was nothing they could do. There was no supervisor available and no genuine effort was made to resolve the situation or offer any alternative.
To make matters worse, the hotel’s website advertises “fast Wi-Fi,” but the internet connection was so poor that we could barely browse the web.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. If the hotel cannot honour confirmed bookings made months in advance, it should not advertise rooms that it cannot guarantee. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here and would advise others to look elsewhere.

So noisy
Read the negative reviews and then decide carefully whether you want to stay at this hotel. Nice, friendly staff but they run the hotel in their own way. The rooms are very hot and the fact that there is no AC makes it impossible to sleep at night.

Unwelcoming reception
When we arrived, we were barely greeted with a simple “hello.” As soon as we mentioned that we were checking in, the lady at the front desk immediately said in a rather rude tone: “The room is only ready at 3 PM.” We explained that we had booked an early check-in. She then checked the system, handed us the key, and again in the same unfriendly manner said: “Here, go and see if the room is ready, I don’t know.”
Overall, it was not a pleasant experience as we felt spoken to in an unkind and dismissive way. The room itself was nice, but the service at reception left a lot to be desired.
