We loved staying at pension Bartlbauer!
Super clean, cozy, and quiet – with just 5 rooms, it feels really personal and peaceful.
The hosts were so warm and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of.
We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting!

Home away from home

Quaint little Austrian hotel run by Herta and her family. Clean, honest, friendly, homely... home away from home! Near several superb ski-areas. Great homecooking. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

Beyond words

This gasthof is beyond belief. Awesome setting, up in the mountains, quiet but close to a small town. The host frau Herta and her family make you feel like you are part of their family. The rooms are amazing, wonderful sauna area, marble flooring and don't even think to go out for dinner. Family style meals to die for. Thank you Frau Herta, we had a magical stay. We are ready to go back tomorrow, just loved it!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful place, Wonderful hospitality

Wonderful place! The rooms are big, very comfort, cozi and clean. Nice and varied breakfast. The location is ideal for trips in Salzburg area. And above all - the warm hospitality of the landlady and her family. Thanks to Mrs. Knaus we hade a wonderful vacation!
