Great day out

Great daz excursion to Natterer Boden. We went there yesterday to celebrate my dads birthday.
We called in the morning around 11 to make a reservation and got a table at 1330 which was a bit late for us but understandable considering our late call.
We arrived earlier and got great parking on site. There are many longer and shorter hikes that lead through beautiful nature. After our first small hike past the cows and sheep we discovered the pony and donkey riding stalls and loved that we got one straight away and for only 10 euros I believe its amazing that you can take a horse by yourself for a walk with your child riding it. We had the pony LISL which was super calm and didn't seem to mind the excursion. The girls loved it and us adults too.
We were back just in time for our reservation and got a beautiful table indoors.
The service was great very attentive and friendly. Although the place was packed we got our food fairly quickly and it was delicous.
The play area downstairs was ok too but we used more the outdoor playground and stayed mostly watching the goats and rabbits.
Its a great location for a nice meal and activities for kids.
We will be back

3 nights in the Nattererboden

The Nattererboden is very idyllic near the forest. Ideal place for families with toddlers or those looking for rooms rather simply. The rooms are unfortunately noisy. As long as all guests adhere to the rest periods, it is very quiet.
The food was really very good and the service was very friendly despite full inn and hustle. The animals are great for young and old.
Unfortunately, our room was not cleaned. On remark it was cleaned afterwards. However, between broom clean and really clean there is still potential.
Which is probably also due to the current staff shortage.
We wish the Nattererboden that all vacancies are filled again and that it can develop into a gem again.

The inn Nattererboden is excellent! There is nothing wrong:)
Super nice staff that is a family & that I think is awesome! The rooms are excellent, you get a lot of nice information, detailed and you take your time! The food, rooms & staff top! 200% satisfaction!
People complaining here are just unhappy with themselves :)
Petting zoo and playground perfect for children & the whole family. Simply great stay at top conditions. I recommend gladly, we will come back!
Greetings from us, you are great!! <3
Ps: the best cheese patties we have ever eaten!!

Nature experience over Innsbruck

The location of the Nattererboden, in the middle of nature and only 10 min from Innsbruck, is unique. The few rooms are simple but clean and the inn offers excellent cuisine. The attached farm offers parents with children a great day out with direct contact with the animals or a pony ride. The Nattererboden is a family business and offers a corresponding feel-good atmosphere.

Wonderful location for a wedding and great kitchen and service staff

We celebrated our wedding at Natterer Boden with around 45 guests and it was wonderful. Due to the bad weather, we "unfortunately" had to move from the horse paddock to the covered garden, which was beautifully decorated. The beautiful wooden benches and the ivy-covered beams were a perfect fit and flowers were placed on the table for the registrar. Bread was served for the agape and the waiters were very attentive. The wild garlic spread was a dream.
The celebration then took place in the guest room, which was beautifully set and prepared. For the meal, we chose the grill buffet. The selection was huge and there was something for everyone. The food that had run out was replenished and the roast beef was freshly cut. All of the food tasted excellent and we received a lot of positive feedback from our guests, including many gourmets and a trained chef. Even the chips, which are not usually so good at buffets, were very good. The dessert buffet was also great, lots of different cakes that tasted very good.
The entire planning process was very pleasant and effortless. You can tell that you are dealing with professionals. From the wine selection to determining the portion sizes for the Agape and midnight snack, we always received competent support. Even our very last-minute requests were always taken into account (we spontaneously had 3 additional guests and needed a lot more goulash soup than planned). We did not stick to the planned schedule, but it was never a problem and we were always asked when serving should begin.
All the waiters were friendly and very attentive. The guests were always provided with drinks. I would particularly like to praise our waitress B., who put up with us until the end, was always attentive and I think walked several kilometers. She never gave us the feeling that she wanted to call it a day and was friendly until the end. She was also wonderful with the children present and the children told me very positive things about B.
We also stayed overnight at Natterer Boden, even though the night was rather short. The room was very nice and very clean. We were offered breakfast, but we weren't hungry.
Price and performance were fair and transparent. The quality of the food was top-notch and the location in the middle of nature speaks for itself.
Many thanks to the whole team, we have no complaints!
