Price performance fits

I recently had an experience that both impressed me and left room for small improvements, leaving me no choice but to give it 4 out of 5 stars. For the most part, the product or service exceeded my expectations with its excellent quality and reliability. The ease of use and customer service were exceptional, with staff always ready to offer support and answer questions comprehensively.
The presentation and design were both attractive and intuitive, making the overall user experience very pleasant. The attention to detail and obvious dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in all aspects of the experience.
However, there were small flaws that affected my overall rating. These mainly concern wait times for certain services and occasional technical difficulties that, although quickly resolved, were still a minor inconvenience. These aspects kept the experience just short of perfection.
In conclusion, I would like to stress that my experience was mostly positive and I would not hesitate to recommend the service or product. With small improvements in the areas mentioned, I am confident that my rating could easily lead to a perfect score.

Absolute rip-off for the worst drop-off we've ever seen

We were at the Bregenz Festival on Saturday, August 3, 2024 and were looking for an affordable overnight stay. For 129 € (without breakfast) we found it at Hostel Villa Viva at Rheinstrasse 46 in Bregenz. It is located directly on a busy main road. Only 5 cars have space in the “parking lot”. The house already made a run-down impression from the outside. There was a hole in the plaster where the handle of the garden gate hit the wall of the house. In the unkempt garden stood a ratty lounger. Staff were none available, instead the front door was not locked so anyone could enter the house. First you had a look into the broom cupboard. The names with the corresponding room numbers were on a blackboard. There was a musty smell all over the house. Two tiny rooms each shared a dirty kitchenette and an unsavory bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The fridge was not in operation and the shelves totally dirty. The shower curtain was mouldy at the bottom as the water drained very slowly. The holder for the shower head had broken off. Shower gel was not provided. In the tiny room were two single beds between which you could hardly walk. A table and two chairs were squeezed into the corner next to a dirty and broken wardrobe. A room freshener standing on the cupboard could hardly mask the scent. There used to be a smoke detector that was forbidden to be removed. Since this poses a security risk, the owner of the “hostel” has his license revoked.
The room door had a clear gap downstairs. The thin plaster walls were obviously retrofitted to increase the number of rooms. As a result, it was very noisy in the house, especially as regards street noise.
The floor was old, dirty and unkempt, so it was not recommended to move around the room barefoot. When we got back from the festival, we found a cockroach on the bed. We refrained from further investigations, but immediately fled without an overnight stay.
The owner has good reasons to request an advance payment without the possibility of cancellation and not to appear in person. Whoever has his mind together will not come here a second time. Because this is the pure rip-off for practically no reason. This business model probably only works during the Bregenz Festival, when accommodation is scarce. The operator owns the craft!

Family vacances &Safari in Arusha

The accommodation was very nice, always a relaxed atmosphere, someone was always available for guests, Tizia and her crew were always on hand. The swimming pool, the roof terrace, yoga sessions and the opportunity to eat on site are also great. The rooms are large enough, clean and can be cleaned again if necessary. As a family, we were young and old, which suited everyone, even though there are mainly people under 30 there.
Minimanko: The toilet paper!
Falls apart when you look at it...
And unfortunately the prices of the day tours. Far too high. We would have been better off taking a taxi, the drivers would have waited on site and driven us back. Would have saved us a lot of money.

Okay

The room was nice enough and clean. We had our own bathroom and a small kitchenette.
As other reviewers said, it is not quiet, because next to a busy road, but that was not really a problem.
It was very strange that there was no staff at all, just a list with who was in which room. I cannot say anything about the staff since, we never saw anybody.
The place is close enough to the Festspielhaus, the lake and the center.
All in all it was fine for one night but I would not have liked to stay there for any lengthe of time.
