Posto fantastico

L'albergo è gestito da una famiglia austriaca che ne da molto calore, ben tenuto, con mobili nuovissimi e molto belli, l'appartamento è provvisto di tutto, anche lavastoviglie per i piatti.
La gestrice è molto disponibile e gestisce tutto in maniera perfetta.
Camera ampia, e anche la cucina è molto funzionale, tutto assolutamente pulito e ordinato.
Davvero consigliato per una vacanza rilassante in primavera estate o in inverno per raggiungere le rinomate piste di Warth e Lech.

Dishonest and fraudulent treatment of clients

I booked the pension for 9 nights because it was advertised at 30km away from Ischgl ski area. In reality it is 130 km away! The property owner refused to return the money back even if i cancelled way in advance and for a good reason. I was even told that it is 30 km from ski area if I fly! This is unacceptable treatment for someone who works in hospitality business!
