Awesome facilities, especially traveling with our pet dog.

Great location, the Villas were of a great standard with great views and best of all within walking distance to the beach and Esplanade.
Our dog Max was our main reason we chose the location, and he appeared to be relaxed and felt at home.
We were welcomed by Brian who showed us around also informing us of the laundry which was appreciated.
I have placed the facility on a Dog friendly Facebook page, where we let others know if the facility is a good place to stay. Of course I highly recommended The Villas as a great place for families traveling with dogs.

DO.NOT STAY HERE

⭐ Very disappointing — would not recommend
Do not stay at these villas. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard we expected for the price we paid.
The noise was a major issue. You can hear every car travelling along the road, which made it very difficult to relax or sleep. The curtains are also extremely poor quality and do not block out the morning light, so the room was already bright at around 6am.
When we arrived, there was not even any toilet paper provided. When I called to request some, I was told someone would have to drive to the villa to deliver it, meaning we had to wait for a basic necessity that should have been provided before our arrival.
What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated when I expressed my frustration. Rather than showing understanding or apologising, the woman I spoke to was rude towards me because I was upset. I believe guests should be treated respectfully, especially when they have paid a significant amount for their accommodation.
We paid a price comparable to staying at the Mantra, but the service, facilities and overall experience were well below that standard.
For the price, I expected much better. Based on our experience, I would not recommend these villas and would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

Relaxing Waterfront Escape with Our Dogs

We stayed at Saltwater Villas Mooloolaba for my birthday and had the best time! The waterfront villa was clean, spacious, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The location is unbeatable — peaceful but still close to everything. Our two dogs were treated like family, and having a truly pet-friendly place right on the water made it even better. We loved waking up to the canal views and enjoyed two nights of pure relaxation. Highly recommend it for couples or anyone wanting a pet-friendly, scenic escape.

I really enjoyed my time at the property it was very relaxing and great view from the deck.
The property was very clean and staff were lovely to speak with and very accomodating.
I loved being able to bring my dog with me! Would stay here again, highly recommend villa 1.

Perfect Spot

Great location
Walking distance to shop and cafes
We were welcomed by the owner of the property what a Kool chick bubbly very accommodating and up for a great chat
The villa was beautiful the bed is super compfy the pressure in the shower was amazing with us at home we are on tank water so this was just bliss
