I found the hotel nice and pleasant, with good bathroom facilities, and a nice, comfy room. I also really liked the veranda right outside my room and being able to enjoy the outside.

Smoking like in the 70s ..

It is a pub, and yes I expected a pub for a one-night stay although with health and safety regulations these days I didn't expect to be subjected to the toxic amount of smoke I was exposed to which made me sick for days. It is a very very noisy hotel. After the bar closed guests continued to party, swear and smoke outside the accommodation rooms on the top verandah. They might as well have been smoking in my room. I didn't feel safe and couldn't wait to leave. No staff around. The hotel plumbing vibrates and is very noisy. Don't expect to sleep. More like backpacker accommodation. And I do not recommend. The hotel facilities were clean.

Nice old hotel right in the heart of beautiful town

Lovely cosy old hotel with friendly service.The rooms were fine bed was comfortable good aircon and TV.The shared bathroom was ok maybe needed a little TLC but everything was clean.I enjoyed my stay
