Good value for money. I have already stayed several times
Comfortable accommodation. Good location. Clean. Good shower. Very hard pillows. The downside is that they still haven't returned the deposit they asked for and they aren't responding to my messages.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The place has nothing to do with the photo. I was in a dangerous situation, received no help from Expedia, and no response from the host. All the good service I had received up to that point was thrown away in this terrible mess Expedia put me in.

The communication from this hotel was extremely unacceptable. We messaged them twice prior to our arrival and asked if we were able to store our luggage until check-in time. There was no reply. I contactedExpedia to contact them on my behalf and Expedia were unable to contact them as well. The worst part of the entire entire stay was when we went to check out it was via a QR code to open the external door and our code was invalid. We were locked in a very small small space behind behind bars and had to contact the police in order to get out and once again, the hotel was not answering any of our calls to any of the numbers they provided, including the emergency contact number.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DON'T GO
DON'T GO ON THE WEEKEND!!! PLEASE!!!
Awful, no one warned me or Googled that he was on top of a bowling alley. We didn't catch an eye on either of the two nights of the weekend we stayed. And there was nothing to do about it. There is no reception or number to complain during the night and the police did nothing either. Worst of all, before booking I asked if there was a noise problem and they said no. I DON'T GO BACK OR RECOMMEND IT.

Terrible place disgusting to lie in the beds
Super dirty and neglected place, beds with dirty and stained sheets, crushed and dirty pillows, dirty and burned curtains and furniture, broken and stained armchairs, bathrooms with a bad smell, I had a reservation for 8 days and we had to hire another hotel.
