Top service and clean run by a loving family.

Sincerely very friendly people and the rooms were clean and tidy. The studios were still new. The location of the beach was within walking distance. I'll definitely join their books next time.

A place full of love

It is a perfect place to spend the holiday in an excellent way. Personally, I've been going there for 9 years. The location is perfect, it is close to the most beautiful beaches of Ksamil air conditioning, water around the clock, the Zaça family are very good people, always ready for all customer needs, I am and will always be there for you.

Charming and hospitable place

Possibly one of the best places we have ever stayed. Firstly, the area was just beautiful and the apartments are so conveniently located close to the sea and restaurants or shops so there wasn’t much need to walk far in order to get what you need. The owners were so lovely and waited for us until late and still offered coffee or water. The rooms were clean and the garden is so pretty and smells even nicer. Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would recommend this place to anyone

I booked my apartment 2 weeks ago on booking for 4 nights.
I also contacted them on mail for some services they responded immediately, but maybe they did not see my reservation properly.
When we arrived at the place we were told that our apartment is free for only one night and that we need do find other place to stay. Maybe the place and staff are good but they need to work on online checking

Amazing place, unique hospitality

Being at Zace Studios means to have the possibility to go holiday abroad (in a wonderful place which is Ksamil), but feeling home every day of your stay thanks to the unlimited kindness and precious care of the hosts! They also offer super yummy meals from breakfast to dinner. Best holiday vibes ever. Incomparable!
