Head to Glasgow, Montana, for a taste of this beautiful American state.

Glasgow Airport (GGW)

Like many airports all around the United States, Glasgow Airport came to life in the 1940s to serve the US Airforce. In particular GGW served as one of three satellite strips for the Great Falls Army Air Base.

This is a tiny airport with no real facilities to suit commercial passengers. For the most part this airport serves private charter flights, training schools, air taxis and the military.

Airlines to Glasgow

There are only private and regional airlines that service GGW Airport, and only three destinations that GGW operates flights to. These are Dawson Community (GDV), Sidney-Richland Municipal Airport (SDY) , and Billings Logan International Airport (BIL), all located in the state of Montana. Cape Air operates flights to BIL Airport from Glasgow.

The closest commercial airport to Glasgow, is Billings Logan International Airport (BIL) which is a four and a half hour drive away, or a short hour and a half flight. From BIL passengers will find the standard commercial flights to other states in the country, these are operated by Alaska Airlines (Horizon Air), Allegiant Air, Cape Air, Delta Air Lines, Delta Connection, United Airlines and United Express.
