Al Wajh Domestic Airport is a public airport serving the town of Al Waj (alternatively spelled Wejh or Wedjh) located in the Tabuk Province of Saudi Arabia. The government-operated airport resides at an elevation of 66 feet (20 metres) above mean sea level. It is equipped with one runway designated 15/33, measuring 10,007 feet × 148 feet (3,050 metres x 45 metres) and with an asphalt surface. The airport offers regularly scheduled passenger service provided by Saudia to Jeddah.

Al Wajh is a coastal town located on the Saudi Arabian coast of the Red Sea. There is a road connecting the town to the region's capital city, Tabuk, which houses the largest air force base in the country.

Tabuk Fortress Museum - The Tabuk Fortress Museum is housed in a restored ancient fortress in Tabuk. The fortress was originaly built between 1520 and 1566 to protect the Tabuk water station and its water wells during the time of Ottoman Sultan Sulaiman Al-Qanoni. The museum can be found near the Prophet Muhammad Mosque, open to the public daily.

Jabal al-Lawz - The mountain Jabal al-Lawz, also called Gebel el-Lawz, is located in northwest Saudi Arabia, near the Jordan border. It is one of the most famous mountains in the province, and some writers claim it to be the real biblical Mount Sinai. Visitors often go camping where the almond trees grow, and the surrounding area has plenty of places that are suitable for picnics.

Museum of Antiquities and Traditional Heritage - The museum specialises in archaeological studies and research, with facilities for restoration of paintings, a lecture hall, and a display area for antiquities. The museum also features an introduction to geology in Saudi Arabia. The three other major museums are the Taima Regional Museum, Tabuk Museum, and Aviation Museum.

Tabuk Beaches - The coastal area of the region are lined with beautiful beaches with diverse marine life. The diving sites along the coast of the Red Sea are very popular, and other well-known picturesque beaches are Shareeh beach, Ba'r Almashi beach, and Sultaniyah beach.
