The hotel is new, clean and very nice. Staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful. As the others have said, the neighborhood leaves much to be desired and I would opt for someplace else if I were a tourist. For a utilitarian visit, it’s fine, though very noisy outside at all hours. If you have a car, they only offer valet parking, which was fine for our visit as we didn’t want to spend time looking for parking or walking from the car, especially coming back to the room late at night. The breakfast was plentiful, many more choices than typical, but the breakfast area is much too small for the number of guests, and it was difficult for the staff to keep up with the cleaning. It was difficult finding anywhere to sit, and the seating is strange, and uncomfortable. There’s just a few normal tables and chairs, but mostly low couches and ottomans with no backs, or high top tables in the lobby with no chairs at all. We were a group of 7, including older people and children. Children cannot reach the high tops (nor does anyone want to eat standing up), and older people found it very uncomfortable to sit on backless ottomans, eating off tables that were at the height of our knees while seated. Who designed that space?! What’s wrong with regular tables and chairs? I don’t see that any space is saved and it just makes for a very unpleasant start to the day.

Nice stay with friendly front desk. Minor inconveniences like slow elevator and breakfast being completely overrun but it was fine. Bed was great and the room a nice size

It was a lovely hotel with very friendly service. However it is in the middle of the projects and we were told not to talk at night. The hotel its self is very secure and very comfortable. We ubered into the city and it was perfectly fine

Horrible customer service at the front desk when checking in and out, the workers had a very nasty and irritated attitude.
I recommend tourist to research the area the hotel is in, since queensbridge is not the safest area.
