Located adjacent to Campbell River in British Columbia, Canada is the seaplane base called Campbell River Water Aerodrome, also known as the Campbell River Harbour Airport. This private airport is operated by Corilair Charter Ltd. and is classified by NAV CANADA as an airport of entry. Campbell River Water Aerodrome is staffed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and handles general aviation aircraft only, not exceeding 15 passengers. Campbell River is a coastal city in British Columbia, situated on the east coast of Vancouver Island at the south end of Discovery Passage. The city is known as the “Salmon Capital of the World,” and experiences a mild climate.

How to get around within Campbell River

Island Coach Lines buses run from Victoria to Port Hardy, passing through Campbell River. By car, the city can be reached by travelling north on Highway 19 from Nanaimo or from Victoria. Campbell River can also be accessed via Inland Highway.
