Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport is a major international airport in the United States of America. Also called Detroit Metro Airport, Metro Airport, or DTW, it serves Detroit, Michigan and is located in Romulus, a suburban city of Metro Detroit. The public airport resides at an elevation of 645 feet or 197 metres above mean seal level, and has six runways: three concrete and three asphalt/concrete.

Belle Isle Park - Belle Isle Park is a 982-acre island park situated in the Detroit River. Owned by the City of Detroit and managed as a state park by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, it is the largest city-owned island park in the United States. The MacArthur Bridge connects the island to the mainland. Belle Isle has many attractions, including the Belle Isle Aquarium, the Belle Isle Nature Zoo, the Belle Isle Conservatory, the James Scott Memorial Fountain, the Dossin Great Lakes Museum, a municipal golf course, a half-mile swimming beach, and many monuments.

Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History - The Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History contains the world's largest permanent exhibit on the African American culture. Michigan Science Centre - The Michigan Science Centre is a museum lying on the site of the former Detroit Science Centre, the assets of which was purchased by the new centre. Michigan Science Centre is home to the only Chrysler IMAX Dome Theatre in Michigan.
