Hidden gem

We needed a place to stay for one night convenient to the marina. This was such a good find. Very affordable rates. The room was clean and the access to the pool was so nice. It’s quiet and the food at the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Staff at check in was super friendly. If you’re looking for a convenient stay the night before an early boat tour or within 40 minutes to the airport look no further. Felt like private escape from the crowds of Phuket

Just ok ……

Not very friendly service at checkin , asked to be moved away from rooms that were directly opposite reception as with the curtains open everyone can see straight into room , and didn’t really want to help , small rooms. 3* at best. Definitely need a car to get around . Wouldn’t go back

There is pool access from the room.

The location is not good for sightseeing, but if you have a car it's not a problem. The price was reasonable and the staff were very friendly. I ordered room service and it was delicious.

Intimidated by group of men and they did nothing. Worst you can do to a woman. I left 2 days earlier

I left 2 days earlier. Big groups of people that make noise till 3 o’clock in the morning. Nobody of the staff cares. There is no security. I asked the people to stop screeming in the middle of the night and they intimidated me by coming on my personal terras and calling there friends to scare me. I felt not save en told the manager, she doesn’t care at all!!! The guys stand in front of me at the reception and she did nothing. They treat big groups better because they paid more money than just me and my husband. I ran away because I felt no safety anymore. I almost called police and she doesn’t care. Never had this before. I asked 50€ back for the 2 nights because I left and she just said to ask booking.com. When I left I still had to pay my few drinks. She does not say it was from the house because she was sorry.
When you are in trouble there, don’t think they will help you.
The restaurant is also very bad. Half of the things are not available for days.
They don’t pick up the phone for room service.
I asked to fix the chair on the terras, they said it was okay en they lied. Alsmost fell 2 times. hair in the shower.
The big group also played with the safety boys, where there normally get a ticket of 2.000 bath but they did not care. So they don’t care about the families with children who can maybe be in danger in the water.
Staff was okay…. But in the other hotels they were way more friendly. The difference was very big.
Never go there again, you book a chic hotel with a own pool in the room but you have no sleep at all and no control of a security guy. I booked an other hotel. Don’t go there!
rooms are ok but not important anymore when they don’t care about you. Location is OK if you don’t want the busy phuket Patong but it felt like we were in Phuket so don’t go there. Much better resorts that have more than this. Thankyou for not protecting a woman who felt intimidated by 6 man on my personal room space. What a shame

Best hotel to stay.

This is an exceptional hotel all clean and very tidy. The staff are simply the best go out of their way to help you. We have stayed here for many weeks and it great. The pool is clean and well maintained. Highly recommended just first class.
