While the weather is chillier at this time of year, the United Kingdom’s second-largest arts events, the Belfast International Arts Festival, is on during this month for three weeks.

There are two main airports servicing Belfast. There is the Belfast International Airport (also known as Aldergrove Airport), which is located approximately 21km away from the centre of Belfast; as well as George Best Belfast City Airport (known simply as Belfast City Airport), which is only 5km from the city centre.

Multiple airlines operate flights from Australia to Glasgow. Some of these are Air Asia, China Eastern, British Airways, Air France, Etihad Airways, KLM, Emirates, and Japan Airlines.
