Great hotel. Great breakfast. Staff was very friendly. We stayed here for an event in the Woodlands and it was a good location. The only downside was that we were there for 4 days and the housekeeper never cleaned the room. The sign in the room said the room would be cleaned up every other day, but our room was not. Despite that, I would still stay there.

There is no minus in the ratings, so here is my experience.
Maintenance stole a pair of Raybans and a Rosary, yes a beautiful rosary my husband had purchased for me, 22 years ago from the Sacred Coeuer Catholic Church in Paris, France.
DO NOT BRING ANYTHING YOU VALUE, THEY DONT CARE.

Getting into the property was a total pain, but the hotel is very nuce once you find the entrance.

I stayed at [North Hilton Houston ] recently, and while the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, there were a couple of issues that really stood out.
First, as soon as we entered our room, there was an unpleasant odor that made the experience less enjoyable. It seemed to be coming from the room itself, which was disappointing considering everything else looked clean.
Second, the breakfast was a huge letdown. My family and I ate there, and unfortunately, we all experienced stomach aches afterward. It was concerning and put a damper on our stay.
Overall, while the hotel has potential, these issues need to be addressed for guests to have a more enjoyable experience.

Location is kind of remote and far from any restaurants or shopping.
