Front desk clerk looked like he was being disturbed from his phone when checking in. Room wasn’t clean, hair in the bathroom, cigarette smell when walking in the hotel . Ice machine didn’t work on 3rd floor

Checkin process was good, however room had a loud smell of mildew. Had to clean entire room with Clorox before putting things in room. The following morning the housekeeping started vacuuming outside our door at 7:58am and shortly came back around 9:58am to check to see if we had checked out. When checkout was clearly for 11:00am.

The room was large, clean, and affordable. My children loved it. Breakfast was hot and delicious the next morning. Only concern was there was a person that was watching our car in the parking lot. We called the police because something felt off and while they came within 2 minutes and said if he was still there in an hour, call them again, that was pretty much all that was done. The person stated he was meeting a friend but couldn't provide a name of the person they were meeting or contact them. We were then told of recent break-ins in the parking lot. The manager did speak with us the next morning regarding the incident. Overall, it was a good experience after a very long day of driving with 2 little ones.
