For a nights stay it did the job and was great! Everything was very clean! Even the pool/hot tub area!

Tired

Best Western is now tired
The staff are friendly and the location is good, but that’s all it’s got going.
Rooms are very dark & coffee machine was dusty!
Breakfast was poor with food being microwaved and tipped into the metal containers.
Breakfast room also small for the amount of guests.

Large king room with kitchenette was good. However shampoo and shower gel bottles hadn’t been refilled . Breakfast quite poor. Area ok .

I have mixed feelings about this hotel.
It was a good location, staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean.
However, the beds were not comfortable, the pillows weren’t either, the room was dated and the walls were thin. Unfortunately for me, there were noisy toddlers and teens next to me and it sounded like they were actually in my room.

Roach crawled on bath floor . The dispenser in shower must be broke. There was no way to get it to dispense a reasonable amount to use the liquids. We even asked to have it fixed and it was not. The bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good. Jacuzzi was nice , parking was fine. Staff were great. Roach in room and the dispensers not working would nix me from coming back again I feel
