A sleek and beautiful room. Super well laid out for moving around the room. Everything is in perfect working order.
The bathroom well designed. Fixtures easy to understand how to use.
Shower head was too high for me.

The front desk clerk was dealing with multiple issues during my check in but he was very apologetic to me. There clearly needed to be another person there to help him. The bathroom wasn’t swept, the tub had rust around the drain and there was hair in the sink.

Hotel appears to be renovated recently. Rooms appear to look new.
Restaurant staff were friendly and location was close to Oakland Airport.

Our stay was great. From check in to check out the staff was amazing and very courteous. My sister and I was attending the Kirk Franklin concert and this hotel was near the venue. I will definitely stay here again. Very clean and overall nice.

Great place. Great staff. Overcharged for everything. Waited until AFTER we used it to mention a charge for airport shuttle. $3 per cup of coffee in lobby?
