We enjoyed the friendly staff at check in and out as well as the food service staff. Very nice and friendly. Our room was nice and comfortable.

Place was very nice people where friendly just didn’t like the fact there was no free breakfast for that nice of a place should offer free breakfast

Our stay was interrupted at 2 am by the front desk attendant banging and shouting at the room across the hall from ours. trying to evict the guest. This continued off and on for about an hour and when I questioned him in the morning as we were checking out " I was told it's not of our concern"!
This was totally unacceptable!

Easy access, close to restaurants, quiet, clean and of the 3 times we have stayed here from texas the staff we have delt with is super friendly and attentive.. this is our go to hotel when in Kalamazoo!
