Best Western Hyannis

We have been coming at this hotel from 2017 and never disappointed us a bit. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. The management is doing tons of upgrades and we are loving it. Can't wait to see the final result.
The rooms are well maintained and updated. They do have a bigger air conditioner in the rooms now and it is much quite then before.

The bed an bathroom were very clean. You just had to play with the shower temperature. The rug in the bedroom didn't look like it had been vacuumed recently. The breakfast was good for bagels an fruit yogurt. Except that the eggs were cold and the bacon was leathery. And the pancake machine had been working but then it broke don't know if it ever got fixed. We happen to book the hotel specifically for the hot tubs that it had shown in the pictures. Come to find out when we get there that it wasn't working and they had just taken it out and covered it over with cement. But the hotel website wasn't updated saying that there wasn't a hot tub. Or the fact that they were going under a renovation it was a complete mess trying to get to the front desk because the main entrance was blocked off because of construction. Other than that everything was a great stay. Right near restaurantS the short drive to the Cape Cod Mall/ downtown and some restaurants all in all it was a great weekend.

The hotel is old and I'm very bad repair. Paint missing on door jams, dirty top blanket, had to leave in middle of night. The fan in bathroom was very loud and the place needs a complete restoration.

This Hotel has had an interesting history on the cape, owned by manny different companies in the past and WAS known for being the hookup spot and the buy spot.
Now this has all changed, the current owners are trying to turn this place around and they are doing an excellent job of it. There is some obvious evidence of remodeling going on the out side, but I never heard anything during the day or night.
My room was comfortable and clean but they might need to check the vacuum or get it cleaned. But there was nothing anywhere else and no odd smells of pets or smoke.
Decently a good solid place and I will be coming back.

Decent for money. Hot tub was broken but the sauna and pool was available. Not bad for the off season.
