In the interest of being eco friendly they do not clean the rooms every day. Fine, but empty the trash, and make up the beds.

I was in town for a funeral. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. I would just say that the free breakfast variety was terrible. The juice tasted like water.

Terrible, my flights to Pittsburgh were delayed so much I was missing the event for which I was getting there so the whole trip was cancelled and they don't want to refund any portion of the lodging fees whatsoever.

Close, but not quite

Not completely terrible place, but would have liked to know the small things before I booked, so sharing the facts.. rooms are nice and clean, but our heater didn’t work very well so it was cold unless I got up in the night, turned it off and messed with it before it would come back on and actually heat the room.. First morning we had no hot water and a freezing shower. I told staff and they reacted with candor in appropriate manner to remedy… however, this morning, while better and actually warm - is lukewarm at best, so still not what I would define as “hot” water. Also - strange that the cleaning service came and only made 1 of the 2 beds; cleaned-up only one-side of the room… not that this is an issue, but points to how they operate, so expect other areas where only 1/2 the job or effort may result in the experience we’re having. Again - not a terrible place - beds are comfy and we are sleeping well.. just a few discomforts which (for me) are value differentiators for which I would consider other hotels from this one.
