Cozy room and worth the price. It's in a quiet location, which makes it bit of a walk to get to some of the nice cafes. They can also pick you up from the airport if you contact them in advance. However, if you're booking tours around Chiang Mai, depending on the agency, they might not pick you up from this hotel. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant Chiang Mai is a great option for a comfortable stay. The rooms are generously sized, offering plenty of space to relax. Having a washing machine in the room adds extra convenience, especially for longer visits. Ample parking for both cars and motorcycles makes it a practical choice for those driving. The location is fantastic, with shops and food stalls just a short walk away, making it easy to grab a meal or pick up essentials. A convenient and well-rounded accommodation option!

The front desk staff is kind, there is a washing machine in the room, there is a 711 convenience store not far away, the disadvantage is that the door of the room is not soundproof, and the sound of the corridor is very clear

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst training at a muay thai camp. This is considered a condominium, so my room had a washing machine, a hob and cutlery. My room was very clean. The front desk was lovely and helpful. My bed was large and firm and my sleep was very peaceful. The location is not even an 8 minute drove from the airport. It's about 20 mins into the city. It's located on a side street just of the main street, considering this it was still relatively quiet. Just round the cor er there is a 7-11. Didnt get to try the gym or tye pool so cant comment on those. I enjoyed staying here and would stay again.
