Where luxury and nature meets in perfect harmony!
We had an amazing stay at Eden Hills Residence in Mahé! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a refreshing glass of fresh fruit juice. The hospitality was incredible—they stocked our fridge with essentials for the first days and a beautiful basket full of fresh fruits was also waiting for us. Oh, and lovely colorful flowers in a vase! We really felt like home away from home.
The apartment itself was huge, modern, and impeccably clean. Every day, the housekeeping team ensured everything was spotless, replenishing fresh towels and bottled water. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, even a washing machine.
The staff at Eden Hills was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed.
The location is perfect for those who appreciate nature and tranquility. The property is surrounded by beautiful, lush vegetation. While it’s helpful to have a car to get around the island, we loved how peaceful and private the residence felt.
I can’t recommend Eden Hills Residence enough—if you’re looking for a luxurious yet homely place to stay in Seychelles, this is the one!

Amazing and attentive staff, apartments are clean and cozy. Highly recommended. I had some requests before my stay, everything was taken into consideration and done as I asked. The staff was in touch with me all the time. I think it's great value for money.

The villas are designed to the highest standards, offering 5-star hotel-like comfort with total privacy and tranquility. Every detail has been carefully considered, from elegant furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen featuring best-in-class appliances, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and cleaned daily by the attentive housekeeping team, ensuring a pristine and comfortable stay.
The property is surrounded by lush nature, providing a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, in contrast to the busy and touristic Beau Vallon area. The pool area is a great place to unwind, offering a peaceful setting to enjoy the tropical surroundings. Despite its secluded feel, Eden Hills is conveniently located just a short drive from some of the most breathtaking beaches on the island—some of the best in Seychelles!

A dreamlike, perfect holiday! We will come back!!
We were already in this location for the second time. It's an absolute dream! The apartment with two bedrooms and two showers and toilets each are perfectly equipped, very spacious and you feel at home. The fridge is filled on arrival and even at Christmas there were delicious cakes in the kitchen. It is super clean and everything is with great attention to detail ! Great, clean pool! Thanks to Rachel and her whole team. We will come back!! 10/ 10 Punte !

Everything you wish for your appartment to be ... plus much more!
Apartment is huge, terrace as well. Full fridge awaits you (bevarages, salami, cheese, water, fresh fruit, butter, toast, eggs, milk, juice, beer, wine, sparkling wine ...) when you arrive so you don’t need to worry to go shopping first. Sheets are super soft, towels replaced, 1,5 l water per person restocked and apartment cleaned - all of that on a daily basis. Even freshly cut flowers are waiting for you. There are also basic spices and oil, microwave, oven, toaster and even blender! Kitchen utensils are more than enough ... even the machete for cutting coconuts:)
Washing gel is provided for both - dishwasher and a washing machine.
Swimming pool is a nice addition, specially if you travel with kids.
We highly recommend Bibi take-away, not far from the appartment.
