I would definitely stay here again if I am in Greeneville. The lobby was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and professional.

this was the worst experience for a 2 night stay I have ever had. The pics online are such false advertising. Put it this way, I kept my socks on in the shower! this place sucks and I wouldn't reccomend staying here unless you are desperate. The rooms looked like they've never been dusted and there was an envelope with a hand-written note from the cleaning ladies wanting a tip lol No thanks, NEVER AGAIN!!!

I arrived around 8 PM. The person at the front desk appeared to be wearing their pajamas. As I drove around the side of the building where my room was there was a guy outside smoking marijuana trying to enter the hotel. The sliding door was broken and a sign said you had to manually slide it open. Walking down the hallway, it was filthy and smelled of marijuana. Entering into the room, there appeared to be bubbling of the paint on the ceiling where recent water damage had been in multiple areas. There were areas of the floor that were buckled. I assume from similar water damage. The curtains in the room would not fully close. I could see lights From outside all around the door as it appeared. There was no seals around the door. I was pretty sure that I was gonna come to a car in the morning that had been broken into. Thankfully I was wrong. I will never stay at this property again.

Upon entering our room, we didn’t notice any smell, turned on the AC and left for dinner. Upon our return the room reeked of stale cigarette smoke from the dirty filter. We decided to leave instead of trying to attempt another room considering it was already late and that the source of the smell wouldn’t necessarily be immediately detectable. Let it be known that I myself am a smoker! But the stench of stale smoke is just not something I can endure overnight. I’m sure it would have been even worse for a non smoker.
The pleasant staff is the reason for 3 stars otherwise I’d have rated lower. Checkin was pleasant and she was helpful and informative.
Hotel located conveniently near plenty of dining options.
Room and bathroom were clean in terms of surfaces and linens. No mold in the bathroom. Squeaky uncomfortable beds.
I would only recommend this hotel if you are accustomed to being in places where they smoke indoors and need an affordable place to stay for one night.
