We stayed recently for four nights with our small dog (it was our first time taking him to a pet friendly hotel). We arrived earlier than expected but they checked us in which we appreciated overall. However, our room was on the last floor right infront of the district's main stage which, you can imagine the noise. The room itself was comfortable, but not as clean as we'd hope. The trashcan had odd stains, and our dog ended up getting 4 flees on him after being near the couch.

The stay was basically good. The hotel offers the essentials. The phone in my room did not worked. I asked for a rolling shower which was provided but also made previous arrangements for a searing in the shower that was not available when I got to the room had to call for it. Overall...stay was comfortable under the circumstances. Good location. Would probably stay again.

Ok. Very close to NCL cruise port
Bed: kind of hard
Pillow: ok but not enough variety
Lighting: poor, very dim lit in the room
Water pressure: poor, water saver on the shower head allows very little pressure and it’s not adjustable
Hot water: great
Shower: large with glass door but no ledge to put your items so have to put them on the floor
Exhaust fan in bathroom: not controlled by a switch and not strong enough
Cleanliness: good
sound proofing: if you run the hvac fan all night it’s not bad
Thermostat controls: fairly responsive a/c
WiFi: great
Tv: not many decent channels but can readily use your Netflix or Amazon prime account
Room layout: ok
Elevators: slow
Gym: only 1 elliptical but a few treadmills and nautilus machines, pools is fairly small but it’s a pool
Misc: nice Bluetooth speaker in the room. connected to distro which has a handful of restaurants. Close to Pam American cruise port. Only 15 minutes from airport, UberXL costed $54. Wallpaper peeling off the wall form humidity which was odd. $35 destination fee some people complain about but they do give you a few things you might or might not use—a couple bar pours, $35 of food from the bar (but if you eat next door you probably won’t use), and a few other things; common to be charged at places and get nothing for it, so even though I didn’t use any of those things it didn’t bother me.

Run don’t stay there!
We had a terrible night stay at stunk to bed when we got up the sixth floor elevator, we could smell the mold and mildew in the air and then upon opening the room door we were greeted by a terrible smell. We tried to stay in the hotel and watched a TV show. We got there at about 9 o’clock in the evening and they said it was the last room they had available. Later I come to find out that they normally do rent certain rooms because of the mold from a leaking water problem in the roof. I ended up leaving the hotel room at two in the morning because I couldn’t sleep because of the smell and I ended up having to try to sleep in a lot, but it was freezing cold so I made my way to the Gym which was locked. I had to get the security guard to open it. I ended up just working out until sunrise the pool chair was kind of comfortable in the pool area, but the room was impossible to sleep in. My husband became very ill when we got back and he spent the entire night sleeping and the other queen band and the hotel room that stunk. He said he never got any points on his Marriott points for renting that room for that night. We never got a refund and basically the room was uninhabitable.. avoid the loft cost plus it was a giant concert going on and we had to park way away from the hotel on the street. The Paver parking lot that the concert goes were using was full.
