The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. They made sure I had everything I needed. There was a nation-wide power outage when I was there and the hotel staff were so kind in sharing information and making sure everyone was comfortable.

Room is in a good size fir two. Bed is good. Hotel is near supermarket and restaurant. Breakfast is standard.

Very good standard of hotel and whilst set in the business district, transport was available locally, so it was convenient to reach the town centre within a few minutes.

Hf Tuela was a lovely hotel with very helpful staff. A 25 min walk to city centre, uphill upon return after long days. Nice area around hotel including cafes, concert hall and metro.
