The hotel is located in the city center, very convenient to area attractions. The place is clean and well appointed yet comfortable, not pretentious. The staff was very welcoming, helpful with our check-in, settling in the room, providing restaurant suggestions, just helpful all around. Breakfast is included in the stay but we have not yet experienced.

The property was very nice and had the perfect location. Very attentive people, Alberto was an enciclopedia about Cusco, he gave us a lot of very valuable information and recommended the best places to eat and atracciones to visit.
Overall an excellent place to stay in Cusco, they did a great job restoring the property ☺️

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location-it was easy to walk to the main Plaza and other scenic areas. Comfortable room; I enjoyed my stay here.

We love this hotel, the personnel was amazing Alberto in the front desk.was helpful, he an another guy help me because the altitud affected me so much they gave me oxigen and took care of me.
They also gave us tips on where to go. Excellent location. We recommend this hotel.

It was a very nice hotel, close to the historic center/tourist area. Breakfast was served downstairs and it was lovely. It was close to tours and easy to walk around. HOT WATER! The only negative was I couldn't get my tv to work.
