I stayed for a few years at Ardager Apartments. The location is great, the accommodation dependable, and the cleaning and reception staff reliable and friendly. In the time I was there, the lovely manager arranged drinks and snacks on the top floor on a weekly basis. It was very popular and much frequented by the residents and their guests. A really nice gesture and much appreciated.
The place is really well managed. Congratulations. Gents, step-up on IWD!

Location was good other services are not very high

Good location clean place , staff were not very friendly. Nice view of the river and city , nice garden at the entrance and city facilities and shopping but resturant are all nearby. Room service is slow house keeping was very bad

Apartment in the Heart of Atyrau

In need of a quick accommodation solution in Atyrau, we contacted and booked a 2 bedroom apartment at Ardager Residence...
Reception welcome was really good and room assigned to us for two nights ideal. Spacious, clean with lounge and kitchenette. Tea & Coffee tray provided albeit Tea Bags/Milk not replenished day 2 (may have been ab oversight) Water was replenished both days..
Bedrooms have Air Con and plenty of wardrobe space, bathroom complete with bath/shower.. a washing machine was also in the bathroom! Iron & Ironing board available on request, good Wifi...
Good value great service an excellent place to stay in the centre of Atyrau and adjacent to the Renaissance Hotel and Midtown...

Very nice appartments plenty of space kitchen lounge big bedrooms and a huge bathroom
I would recommend a stay at The Ardager

Disappointed - had to pay for 2 days?

I have stayed here many times only because it's our company preferred hotel. That is the only reason I keep going back on personal visits. Rooms are adequate and can't complain to much. Almost every room I have ever used has had a broken shower but recently it appears they are getting fixed.
My last visit was particularly disappointing as I had an early arrival into Atyrau and wanted to check in early and would be checking out very early. Normal check in is 1500 and check out is 1200. I wanted to check in at 0600 and check out at 0300 (I was only staying a day). I was told I would need to pay for an extra day? Very disappointed as I am a very very regular customer. Obviously there isn't a duty manager to speak to, only the girls on reception. So once again I feel that the Ardager have not really been entirely fair with their pricing and could have done more to try and offer me a better deal.
