Staffs were very nice and provided full information of hotel.
The room is very nice and all facilities were new and satisfactory for me . Besides, they prepared welcome gifts by person

Unhappy to be a 4* NH

The reception staff very attentive, professional and diligent. What you expect from a **** hotel of 215€ - 230€ per night. However I was disappointed for the hotel price level to find the shower full of mold.

Great service and excellent location

Excellent hotel, very well located, 5 min walk to the central Milan and 5 min from the lima metro station connecting to the duomo, the san siro and to so many other sights of milao .
Service of the staff excellent, from the reception to the coffee of the manha, and speaking of the coffee of the manha this was very good, there was nothing missing.
I recommend.

My stay at the hotel was decent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. The staff was generally polite, but I felt they could have been more attentive. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it was a standard experience without any standout features.
