One night stay
Stayed only for one night as an intermediate stop on our trip. Quiet, nice and clean place in a fabulous spotless village, very kind staff and especially our little dog was welcome. Which many facilities don't allow. Breakfast with a wide choice and plentiful, dinner.... good but maybe I would see something about the price / quantity of the dishes.

I wonder how it is possible, in 2024 and paying 120€, just to think about proposing to customers one
SUCKY room like the one we stayed in
Of the 13 photos present, none matched ours: hot tub not present but only one
small, dirty bathtub, shower in the bathtub without even a curtain; from the toilet nauseating smells and
detached air recirculation fan because once switched on it makes an unbearable noise
Every time they went to the bathroom in the next room you could hear the drain
Mosquito net non-existent, curtain non-existent, smashed shutters that did not close and let in light
(we had to put a plaid to cover the sun at 6am...)
Of course there is no air conditioning but only a fan type "Chinese" wrapped on the grill and
on fans from crusted dust.
The only positive note was the breakfast, all in all decent apart from the cappuccino (practically
caffèllatte!) and the location, actually very characteristic... the rest is SHAME!
WE HAVE CONTACTED BOOKING TO RECEIVE AT LEAST PART OF THE REFUND,
WITH LOTS OF PHOTOS AND MOTIVATIONS
UNEXPLAINABLE HOW WE HAVE 4 STARS, REALLY INEXPLAINABLE...

Historic house does not mean dilapidation
Historic house does not mean crumbling. The rooms and breakfast service are unclassifiable. Booked for two with a 16-month-old baby. The rooms have never been renovated. Old and falling furniture in pieces, old and stained doors, dirty walls and falling lime, nonexistent minibar..there is only the door, open and find the void. Doubt also the cleanliness, we found a wasps' nest in the closet. Without air conditioning and without the possibility of using the shutters that are ramshackle and do not close completely and in one was missing just one piece. Old and yellowed sockets from time, bathroom and room smelly .. return of sewer and dirty curtains and stained with blood .. maybe someone tried to kill one of the many insect numbers that enter the dated fixtures. At some point the water went out..imagine with a baby of 16 months without water. Poor breakfast and with products such as yogurt poorly preserved (the cover was swollen) in short to avoid even as an emergency stop. Too bad because the view deserves , a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno and the structure has great potential. Unfortunately it is run by incapacitated people.

Very relaxing
Relais located in a very nice village. Parking available next to the property free of charge. Very beautiful spaces and always furnished with medieval style, spacious superior room with beautiful views. Spacious bathroom, only flaw in the tub, uncomfortable to take a shower because without protection. Hearty breakfast with salty and sweet and various choices of juices / coffee / tea. Very nice pool, small but refreshing and relaxing environment. I absolutely recommend

Peace and history
The historic residence is a real dream, with a wonderful view of Lake Trasimeno. Absolute relaxation by the pool in complete silence, excellent and plentiful food, comfortable room furnished with coherence given the age of the structure. The staff is friendly and not stressful. I recommend the cafeteria and dinner on Friday with live music and tables by the pool by candlelight...romantic and luxurious atmosphere. I recommend it to couples who want to relax away from the chaos of the city and to those looking for a bit of refreshment during the hot summers.
