Good for a motel or guesthouse

The location of the place is really good, so it is really in the central. The staff was really nice, they offered little bed for our 10 months old son. The breakfast was superb and they made us fresh omelette. There is a sauna on the first floor. The place got only an average cause I felt that they should invest a lot in the furnitures, televisions and basically in every part of the infrastructure. The TV was awful, no wifi in the rooms and the toilet container was leaking. For that amount of money I would go back again.

All right for a night or two but could do with a little TLC

Location - couldn't get more central, but then Villány isn't a sprawling metropolis. The people were nice, check-in smooth, no issues.
Gripes:
I felt like I had been transported back to the socialist Hungary of the '80s. The decor, the smell (of cigarettes), the gigantic and heavy doodah attached to your key designed to make it harder for you to steal/lose your keys. Also, their site said there is internet, they just forgot to mention it was of the wired sort. All right if you have a laptop and a cable but there is no wireless at all. Bit annoying.
Can't comment on the restaurant because - it being out of season - it was closed. The breakfast, however, was plentiful, varied with hot and cold choices, and very tasty. No complaints there at all.
All in all, I'd go back if there were no other options but I'd have a look around first.
