Very nice property in a great location. Friendly staff who were helpful when needed. Very comfortable bed with nice sheets, pillows, and blankets.

Wonderful big space with love to details and very polite people- everything was more than expected. A little coffee war prepared for the morning so everything you need is ready for the guest. Thanks to everyone

At check in, we were told that there were no parking spaces left in the garage since I did no reserve one for my stay, but there was no mention or option to do that on the Hotels.com posting. I ended up having to park down the street at another garage for a higher price. Also, the posting said that there was a coffee shop and deli on property, but when I asked the front desk they said that there used to be there but closed months ago. Everything else was fine with the stay, staff was very nice and helpful, the apartment was large and very good value for the money and located in a great part of town.

Nice place

A very nice and spacious apartment by the port of Hamburg. We had indicated that I am very allergic to down. On arrival the bed was fine down-free, however the sofa in the room consisted entirely of down pillows. Furthermore, the window leaked, causing a large puddle on the floor in case of rain. We were probably also at the ventilation pipe of the Thai restaurant downstairs, because our apartment smelled like Asian food the whole stay. Without the problems with the down I would have given at least one more ball.
Parking is possible under the apartment. Very pricey though.
