Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. -For stays of 8 nights or more, a full weekly cleaning with change of linen is included in the price, with the exception of the kitchen and crockery. The day you wish to have the weekly cleaning (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free of charge. If you do not want this service, it can be cancelled but will not be refunded. -For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to book a "cleaning during your stay" option before your stay, with the exception of the kitchen and crockery, which are subject to a supplement and must be booked in advance.
