Please inform Trekker Glamping in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of COP 600000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note for the Trekker Suite, this room has an external private bathroom facility separate from the room and guests will need to trek up steep paths/inclines to reach the property. Please note noise is not allowed from 22:00h to 07:00h. We are located 2 km away from Minca Town. It is neccesarry a 4WD car to access de place. There are providers in the region that offers this service for a fee of $70.000 each way until 4 Pax. Or you can take a motorcycle in town that has a fee of $15.000 per person.
Important information about the city
For stays on or after January 1, 2023, residents of Colombia and non-residents staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Travelers on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest.
