Shame !!!!!!
On arrival we met the guy in reception who couldn’t find our booking anywhere and said the other duty manager took the booking. After a while he found the booking and asked us to take a sit while he was quite happy to go on Facebook which was clearly visible from where we sat.
We got checked in and taken to our rooms where the disaster began. Cockroaches everywhere,Mosquitoes in the room just wasn’t acceptable and we requested a different room. We went out to have lunch and on return the room was cleaned and we decided to stay in the same room.
Very very poor service overall. Only one guy looking after all the guests in the hotel and he was breathless. Felt really bad for him.
Never again. Sorry guys left a bad taste in my mouth.
