Bad service
Bad service on the terrace, wait half an hour, and when I see the waiter and call him he tells you to wait, so better to go to the bar and order and take him yourself, but then they charge you terrace service.

Lousy stay
I think the only good thing was the location, the room still waiting to be able to enter (check in is from 14h that on the hotel website is not reported when you make the reservation) had dirt then we realized that the radiators were open to the maximum generating heat in the room unsustainable 27°. The family room (4pax) is fine and quite spacious. The reception girl's attention was very correct informed us of where all the events were done in the city. You must ask the hotel before making the reservation because it does not report anything on its website

Very dirty
Hair all over the bathroom, the room we had had a window that overlooked a 1 square meter patio, where all the pipes ran. In the morning when entering the elevator there was a huge garbage can traveling alone. There is no soap of any kind in the room, they leave you a shower cap and a package of tissues. I of course won't come back

A story to keep you awake
One of the worst stays I have had in recent times. This phrase summarizes the horror of the stay experienced this Christmas. I arrive at the hotel for just one night and by myself. It should be noted that the location of the hotel is really good, being in the heart of Andorra and with the options that this provides, but that's it for the good things.
When I arrive at the hotel, the first thing I do is sign a sheet of paper with a series of rules that, in case of non-compliance, the hotel charges you a type of "penalty", in the case of damages and other types of prohibitions regarding smoking, pets, parties and more in the room. The way you put it seems absurd to me but I still accept the rules of each house.
I go up to my room with the idea of leaving suitcases, and the first thing I find is a sock, YES! You read correctly, a sock hanging from the ceiling.... a white sock from Pull&Bear and full of rust....
I go down to the reception and ask the receptionist if it is normal for there to be a sock hanging from the ceiling, perhaps it was another of their rules that no one follows, to which he responds: Yes, it is normal!!! When I show him the photos he throws his hands on his head and tells me no, he will change my room and apologizes because he had not understood me and had answered me without understanding the question.
I accept the apology and move to the new room. The ordeal does not end here.... In the new room the cold is evident and despite having the radiators on full blast, the room is completely cold. I go back down and tell him that it is very cold in the room and he tells me that they did not have it ready and that is why it is cold but that it will warm up in a little while. So I go out to dinner with friends and when I return, 4 hours later, the cold is even worse. Radiators on, frozen room, I have had to sleep with two blankets and clothes (sweatshirt and several layers) because there is no way to heat the room.
In case everything mentioned is already unacceptable, I have had to endure three people in the next room who have been playing loud Arabic music until late, slamming doors, banging and making noise until very late. They have also been smoking, despite it being prohibited.
The hotel facilities are not much better, and half of the lights in the room do not work, the bathroom ceiling and the walls of the bathtub are completely covered in mold, and to make matters worse, the elevator is used to transport garbage. from the bar they have on the ground floor, with the smells and unhealthiness that this entails.
It makes no sense to pay for a hotel to try to rest and be cold, disgusted and uncomfortable. It would have been calmer and warmer sleeping in the car than in the Aston Hotel in Andorra.

Careful
Be very careful with this hotel, it has canceled a reservation for 15 people without prior notice and without giving us any alternative other than to be left without a vacation. If I don't get to consult another topic, I show up at the reception 300km from my house with the supposed confirmed reservation but they cancel without warning.
