The hotel is located on an island, and guests need to go to Seafest Jetty to take a boat. The boat from the jetty to the hotel is at 2:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive in Semporna Town a day in advance or book a flight arriving at Tawau Airport by 11:30 AM on the day of check-in to catch the complimentary boat to the island. The boat from the hotel to the jetty is at 7:30 AM and 1:00 PM. It is recommended to book flights departing after 4:00 PM on the day of check-out. Please arrive at the jetty at least 15 minutes in advance for registration. Any boat transfers outside the scheduled times will incur additional charges. Additional boat transfers must be arranged before 5:00 PM, as there is a curfew after 5:00 PM. All guests must provide passport details to the hotel at least 3 days prior to arrival. Failure to provide passport details may affect the boat arrangements to the resort.
Important information about the city
It is prohibited to bring durian and mangosteen to the hotel. Effective 1 January 2024, Foreign nationals entering Malaysia are required to fill in the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) via the Malaysian Immigration portal.
