Aerolíneas Argentinas is the largest aviation operator in Argentina, and the flag carrying airline for the nation. Established in 1950, the airline has since undergone a brand change, and is owned and run by the Argentine government, with its headquarters in the fantastic city of Buenos Aires. The airline itself operates flights to 24 destinations in the Americas and Europe, but as part of the SkyTeam global airline alliance Aerolíneas Argentinas is able to offer its passengers hundreds more destinations worldwide, making it one of South America’s most sought after carriers.

With codeshare agreements with Air New Zealand, passengers can fly out of the Australian cities of Melbourne (MEL) and Sydney (SYD) to destinations within South America. Aerolíneas Argentinas’ fleet is made up of Airbus 330, 340 models and Boeing 737s, with options for passengers to book into Club Condor, Club Economy, or Economy seating.
