Once you enter the room is smells straight like cigarettes/weed, bed had stains on it, toilet didn’t work

If you are just looking for a cheap stay then this should do. Should be cheaper IMO
The facility is confusing with multiple hotels on the same lot and all are the same building style. All of them are old and run down. They have put some time and updates to the front desk lobby area, it looks pretty new and nice, which gives false hope on the conditions of the rooms. As long as you know what you are in for then all is good, just have low expectations and you will be fine.

TURN AWAY!! DO NOT stay here! Tons of prostitutes & drug dealers everywhere! We’re currently fighting for our money back bc we booked online but didn’t stay. Horrible service!!

Hotel was budget priced and where I wanted to be. You get what you pay for. property was dirty. Breakfast buffet was very nice though.

I didnt even stay one night. The room smelled awful and there was black specks of something all over both beds. They switched me to a room across the hall which obviously smelled the same. When he went to let me in the second room he had to knock and slowly enter to make sure no one was already inside. Super unsafe neighborhood and just shady people and area. I wouldn't stay here for a minute. Absolutely disgusting! And they refused to give me my refund. And hotels.com has decided because the person working the counter said the second room didn't smell that it was my fault I didn't stay there and they agreed. Like what the heck!
