Absolutely amazing view. The in room pool and jacuzzi were perfect. Just note there is a charge for the adding warm water to the pool. Reception staff members Mr Chin and Mr Samuel very friendly and helpful, asked a lot of question and very patient. TV has Disney plus and Netflix for free and kitchen fully equipped.

Beautiful room, very quiet area

If you’re looking for a place to relax for a few nights, I think this hotel is perfect. But if you’re looking for a hotel close to exciting tourist sights and restaurants, this may not be the place for you.
We booked the honeymoon villa for two nights and it was HUGE! Two beds, two bathrooms, a large kitchen area, spacious pool, and a massive karaoke room. We entertained ourselves one night with a singalong, although we had to call the front desk to help us figure out the complicated sound system. You have to pay a reasonable amount of money to heat the pool, but we thought it was worth it for one afternoon because it gave us something to do. There is also a hot tub in the bedroom.
The room was very clean and it was easy to watch TV, Netflix, and Amazon. We were surprised that we were not offered more towels for our stay and that room cleaning had to be booked the day before. By the time we checked in, we missed the time to book a room cleaning.
The grounds of the hotel are pretty and we appreciated the car charging station. The restaurant was simply ok. We were the only people in the restaurant yet we kept having to ask the server for assistance and they never asked how our meal was. The flatbread needed to be cooked longer and our mains and desserts were simply average.
Our biggest disappointment was the location of the hotel. It’s about a 35 minute drive to the main waterfalls and the main tourist area. There is very little to do around the hotel aside from a walk to the waterfront and a few restaurants. The location is very quiet - great if you want to relax but not very exciting. While I appreciate the boutique feel of the hotel, I wish we had booked one of the bigger luxury hotels in a more exciting area.

Long stay in the hotel is uncomfortable and if you are looking for a comfortable accommodation like my home where to stay If you are planning a private high quality trip where to stay

The luxury of the rooms, careful care for a comfortable and satisfying trip and a restaurant with fresh ingredients (the salad tastes best),
Designed to allow you to enjoy a quiet and private trip like a private cottage, this is the advantage of distinguishing the best hotels
Given the frequently raining weather, the care of putting an umbrella in front of the front door of the room or free laundry helps you stay at home as comfortable without any inconvenience.

Reached there after dinner and the front office personnel were very hospitable. They explained everything patiently and assisted us on our every request. Overall a pleasant stay, would recommend!
