Explorers Hub features a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Kampala. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. At the hotel, the rooms include a wardrobe.

Very nice stay at Explorer's Hub
I visited Kampala in May/June on a business trip. Initially, I had planned to stay at Explorer’s Hub Hotel for one week, but after spending a few nights there and thoroughly enjoying my stay, I decided to extend it by another week.
The location in Kololo is perfect. The premium rooms are air-conditioned, clean, and spacious, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always available to provide information and assistance.
The hotel also features a lovely garden and a small gym. A unique addition is Ark Organics, an on-site shop selling organic products. The hotel’s restaurant, Revive by Ark Organics, offers an excellent breakfast buffet (included in the room rate) as well as a diverse menu with something for everyone. I had lunch and dinner there several times, and it never disappointed.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Kampala. A special shout-out to Franck at the front desk—thank you for arranging a late checkout! Much appreciated.

The restaurant Revive is the high and acts as the lobby mainly because the internet service is so poor in the ooms and garden. I am told they are fixing it, but seriously 2036, it should have been modernized 4 years ago.
The rooms need attention.the tile floors need to be polished.
They advertise desk in room but it is shelf not a work height with no powerpoint. So it is Not a desk.
Did not get daily room service as advertised, maybe i had to ask.
Lastly the shower head did not fit in the overhead holder. So it had to be used with one hand
Despite above it is a very pleasant, reasonably priced well located hotel in Kololo. I hope they put attention to rooms as they the restaurant.

The room was so stuffy and smelly. Towel holder falling off the wall. On several
Occasions reception not well attended to. Was given the impression that the room was executive but that was super crappy. I didn’t get my moneys worth

Brilliant stay
Mike with room care was fantastic.
Breakfast tasty fresh and eggs made to prefrence and all staff very helpfull great food presentation and smiles 😃.
Definitely returning soon.
