A 2 minute walk to a lovely beach. In a completely quiet neighborhood.
And it took me only 10 minutes to walk to the harbor. From there, water bus connections to downtown Venice, or directly to Venice airport, were very frequent and on time.
All in all an extremely positive experience -- I shall be back!

Excellent Property - Awesome Location - Perfect Hosts
We arrived late due the flight we were taking and had already let our hosts know our expected arrival time. (If communicating with WhatsApp consider sharing location to allow host to see where you are).
Easy access to Lido from Marco Polo airport via Alilaguna boat (even at silly o’clock at night).
Property is a short walk from the water bus station (the station has water buses and road buses, with great views of St Marks Sq over the water.
Arrived to a friendly welcome from our host Federica. We were given our own keys to gate, front door, door and then room keys (you get used to the order to get in!). Shown to our room and we were very happy. Beautiful room, air conditioning/heating, accessible communal balcony (if not booking the room with private balcony). Kettle as well as Nespresso machine and fridge. Was really nice touch to have toiletries, coffee capsules, tea/sugar and some water provided.
We left the sign off door requesting do not disturb, and whilst we were out the room was cleaned and tea/coffee supplies replenished, with the bed made. A very nice touch (and because I don’t keep a tidy room a lesson learnt for me to be cleaner with my clothes on floor!).
No noise from the road, but could see the sea from the room and on the balcony at night can hear the water taxis in the lagoon. Surrounding properties are also beautiful so that added to the beautiful garden views.
Property is ideally located to not only the bus station but also restaurants and cafes of Lido. Short walk to the Co-op allowed us to get supplies in and fridge in room was a great benefit.
Made our holiday perfect with friendly and considerate hosts. Federica was a pleasure to meet and we couldn’t have asked for more from Ca Nart.
Our return to Venice in the future will definitely be a stay at Ca Nart.
