Terrible experience

Room with a kitchenette booked for dietary needs but not used due to the general cleanliness conditions. Air conditioning system not working, general state of the building terrible, condensation water leaks at the reception with a collection bucket in plain sight. Lack of towels in the rooms and upon request not even one was delivered. bathroom and room at first glance clean but whether hygienically acceptable I do not know. in conclusion building without maintenance and cleaning, carpet and walls to be redone, it should be closed for a while and deeply renovated until then to be Avoided

Scam

The worst experience ever.
Dirty, dilapidated, old hotel, smelly rooms, air conditioning that at maximum power barely manages to cool the air, stained room walls and curtains, holes in the doors.
We asked to change rooms and the second room was worse than the first.
Bathroom in pitiful condition and foul-smelling.
Inside the closet we found the water heater in both rooms.
Every room is equipped with a fan, since they are aware that the air conditioning does not work, too bad the fan is completely covered in dust and therefore useless.
The hotel has terrible clientele, and it is located in an extremely dangerous neighborhood.
At the time of booking we were deceived by the reviews.
Upon our arrival at the reception, besides there being no air conditioning (with an outside temperature of almost 40 degrees), we found a bucket collecting the water leak from the ceiling.
The double room was paid 150€.
The reservation was made through Booking, which until now has been a guarantee of quality.
Obviously we will never return, we will try in some way to get a refund and we highly advise against it.

Poor , Stay if you want to be eaten alive by fleas , bedbugs!!

Reasonably spacious apartment but outdated , Room 416 , Mattresses and duvets riddled with fleas or bedbugs ,
I know this because I wore trousers outside , no access to mosquitoes,
When i woke up, we were covered in bites all over body , mattresses and duvets need to be burned or changed to new , Do they allow dogs with fleas?!
No room cleaning in the 5 days we were there , no towel changes even though we asked , and skirtings were filthy
Breakfast for 10 euros very minimal , 2 choices of cereals and limited continental choice
Friendly staff , suitcase storage
Good access to tramline around corner

Horrible

Horrible, 200 euro room, very dirty and no air conditioning. A night of horror with, as a bonus, faulty fans that were super noisy when they did work.
In short, keep moving.
It is a disgrace to be able to offer such accommodations. Simply a rip-off.

As we arrived, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working, I made the staff aware about it instead of fixing it, I was given two fan. The temperature in Nice was around 37c and I had only a fan to cool the room.
The staff were friendly but not efficient. We were asked to leave the window opened and we ended up being bitten by mosquitoes!!!!
The breakfast was very basic.
