The cleanliness of the rooms, the staff's service, and the location were all excellent. The price was reasonable and it offered good access to tourist attractions. Even if you don't have a plan, the hotel's tour desk can recommend a great half-day tour, so I highly recommend using it.

The room was generally clean however the bathroom handbasin still had someone else's makeup in it. Wasn't washed. The shower place door had hair on it. Staff came and cleaned it when I called even offered to change rooms.
Staff were amazing. Breakfast was ok.
Tiles around the pool need fixing.
Overall, ok stay.

Avoid
Not a place to go, despite an impressive rooftop swimming pool with great views. Breakfast service was beneath any standard, internet inaccessible and elevators unreliable in service.

Terrible
We had a very disappointing 3-day stay at Nalagi Hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were not very welcoming, and the room service was poor throughout our stay.
We stayed in Room 624, and every day we had to call to request basic items such as towels, bath mats, and hand towels, which should have been provided without having to ask.
The most disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast service. Our booking included breakfast, but when I requested to have breakfast brought to our room for our little toddler, my request was denied. As a result, we had to order breakfast from outside every morning, even though breakfast was included in the price we paid.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and we did not feel that the service met the standard we expected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children.

The Nalagi seems to be a relatively new hotel and so I was expecting a great deal more than was delivered. I arrived to find that the room type that was booked and paid for was not available. There were two further rooms before I settled for what was available. The room had a balcony that overlooked the sea albeit at a distance. The balcony door could not be locked, neither the phone nor tv worked during the four days I was in that room, on a couple of the days there were no clean towels available. The list goes on. Overall it was a great disappointment. A few years ago this hotel was worth staying in but regrettably never again.
