What to expect when hiring a car from Nadi
When in Nadi, driving a hired vehicle is not the best option but can be done with the right car rental companies. When in Lautoka, some of its highlights include Vuda Point Marina, Koroyanitu National Heritage Park, Lautoka Market, and the Botanical Gardens. Lautoka can be found towards the west of the island of Viti Levu and is considered to be the second largest of all the cities in Fiji.
Reach Lautoka from Nadi by driving west down Gray Road to reach Queens Rd, then take a right to get on the roundabout to stay on Queens Rd. Continue down Queens Rd then take the second exit down Kings Rd then take a right down Tavakubu Rd. Getting from Nadi to Lautoka is estimated to take around 36 minutes for 26.6 kilometres.
Suva offers tourist attractions such as the Fiji Museum, Albert Park, Thurston Gardens, Navua River, Colo-i-Suva Forest Reserve, ANZ National Stadium, and Mount Tomanivi, to name a few.
Driving from Nadi to Suva will take a total of three hours and six minutes for 190 kilometres. Go west down Gray Rd to Queens Rd then to Princess Rd in Suva. Finally, go down Rewa St to reach the destination.
A district within the Ra Province of Fiji, Rakiraki can be found between Suva and Nadi and offers amazing landmarks that include the Navatu Rock and the tomb of Ratu Udre Udre, among others.
When driving to Rakiraki from Nadi, drive westward down Gray Road to Queens Rd. Next, take a right then take the first exit by the roundabout to stay on Queens Rd. Take the second exit down Kings Rd, then take a right and reach the destination. The total travel time is approximated close to two hours, for 118 kilometres.
