Nice stay at the encounter garden. The staff was very kind and friendly. The great wall entrance is just 6/7, minutes by car. They gave me a ride to the great wall for free.

What a nice B&B!! The most friendly and considerate people work here. And don’t forgot the chef in the kitchen. The most amazing tasty meals are prepared for you.
Google translate and alipay are your friends.
Beautiful garden filled with flowers and a nice room. Definitely recommend.

The service was very personal, helpful and they went above and beyond to help me with taxis even though there was a language barrier. I would say this place is perfect for 1-2 nights. The shower and toilet are right next to each other which was an interesting experience. The shower curtains could be changed too
The breakfast was actually better than expected with many vegetarian options. It's a bit of a walk to the actual wall - I would recommend taking a taxi there to save energy for the wall walk itself.

Really nice cozy place not far from Huanghuacheng. Lovely people running the place, great food and atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nice accomodation and staff are helpful, we paid additional for a picnic on the Great Wall at sunset - 298rmb per person for the picnic + 60rmb for entry to the wall. A nice experience, but very pricey, in hindsight we would have been best to arrange this ourselves ☺️
