There is one terminal for both departures and arrivals at Bristol Airport. Airlines like Thomas Cook,KLM,Ryanair and easyJet fly directly to up to 90 destinations from Bristol and you'll find all the airport check in desks and self-service kiosks on the ground floor, opposite the main entrance to the airport terminal.

Shopping, light snacks and coffee from Starbucks are available on the first floor, while business class passengers should head to the mezzanine level for the Aspire and Aspire Plus Executive lounges, alongside further restaurants and bars such as Brunel Bar & Kitchen.

Press the intercom buttons inside the bus shelters if you need any special assistance.

The most popular option if you're going away for a few days, you can pre-book a spot in the Silver Zone Car Park online and get special discounts on advanced (non-flexible) bookings. Prices vary according to dates so use the Bristol Airport booking system to get your quote.

Premier Car Park

The Premier Car Park is perfect for business travellers or those in a hurry, as it's located a 3 to 4 minute walk from the airport terminal. Book in advance to get the best rates.

Pick up and drop off at Bristol Airport

Meet passengers off their flight at the Short Stay and Pick Up Car Park, from £1 for 20 minutes. Located opposite the terminal, it's only a few minutes walk to the airport and is also available for up to three days parking.

Passengers needing special assistance can stay in the Drop Off Car Park for up to 30 minutes free, in the dedicated disabled parking bays – just show your blue badge to the customer services staff inside the terminal.

How do I get to and from Bristol Airport?

Bristol Airport is eight miles from Bristol city centre, in North Somerset. Take Junction 18 off the M5 if you're coming from the north or east and follow the A4, signposted for Bristol Airport. From the South, take Junction 22 (M5) and follow the signs for the A38 and Bristol Airport. The airport is just under 19 miles (45 minutes) from Bath, via the A368.

The general satnav postcode is BS48 3DY, but if you've booked a space in the Silver Zone Car Park, use postcode BS48 3DP.

Bristol airport by train

The nearest train station to Bristol Airport is Bristol Temple Meads, around 8 miles away in Bristol city centre. You can take the Airport Flyer Express bus (30 minutes) to and from the terminal and the station every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day. Onward services go to Cardiff, London Paddington and Newquay, as well as connecting to stations in the north.

In addition to the Bristol airport shuttle bus, you can take buses to many locations in the South West including Bath, Exeter and Plymouth. National Express runs a coach service to Cardiff and South Wales, and onward services connect at Bristol Bus Station in the city centre.
