the beds and room were cozy, the breakfast wasn't that great. The staff was friendly. No bath for the little ones. overall it was an okay stay.

My stay was terrible experience Someone stole my tuck in your parking lot. You have no security the desk clerks acted like they could care less. I have spent many nights at your Hotel Would not ever recommend this hotel to any of my friends

Horrible! We were staying at this hotel for my son’s baseball tournament. We got in about 8:45pm. My son went to get water from the water fountain and there was puke all over it! The staff said “yea it was there last night too” like what?!?!? Anyways, We left our soap at home on accident and there wasn’t any in the hotel bathroom and the pictures online show fully stocked snacks, drinks and other items you can buy up front at the desk. NONE. After 30 minutes someone finally came to the front desk and handed us hotel soap. The pictures show tons of snacks to be purchased. They had yellow Lays chips and bounce sheets to purchase. We got up to eat “hot breakfast” which was literally just cooked egg whites and waffles you make yourself. Orange juice was like syrup. Rewind, in the elevator on the way down to eat breakfast we smell something sour.. turned around and there was a huge pile of puke in the corner that was streaming down the wall of elevator. We told the staff and they said “yea it’s been there awhile”!!! They didn’t care. We didn’t even eat. An hour later we go to leave and it’s still there!!!

At first, I did the check-in online and it put a hold on my card. Then when I got to the hotel, the clerk was not friendly, didn't smile, and was very dry. I had to complete the check-in process again and put ANOTHER hold on my card. Then we get to the room and it is advertised as a non-smoking room. It completely reeks of smoke as if it had been a smoking room for a while. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the bathroom also was missing a hair dryer. I never bring mine from home since hotels supply them, so this was a huge inconvenience. Lastly, the front counter concession had only 3 options when there is an advertised menu of a good selection. The only available options were bottled water, plain potato chips, and nuts. I was pretty disappointed in this particular La Quinta.

Motel with hotel prices!
Hotel had a stale, mildew smell upon arrival.
Hallways reeked of marijuana.
Room was not properly cleaned. Beer cans left on floor, hair all over floor, bed & towels. Hard beds, flat pillows. Disgusting huge stain on mattress. Only one towel given for a room for four, two small bars of soap and one minuscule shampoo. A/C was weak and didn’t cool room as it should. Pool had non-guest swimming until midnight even though pool closes at 9PM. The people were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol in glass containers around the pool. Brought this up to front desk, they nonchalantly informed me they don’t have staff monitoring the pools. Breakfast was scarce. Contacted General manager, Mr. Patel, with the following issues, however, he offered zero concern for paying $120 per night for an unacceptable stay. GM was passive aggressive and unprofessional in resolving these issues stating, “We could’ve stayed somewhere else.”
Stay away from this hotel at all cost…There are numerous higher quality selections in the area.
